Fennel Seeds:

Chew at least half a teaspoon of fennel seeds when you eat spicy and oily food. It helps for easy digestion. Mix one teaspoon of fennel seeds with hot water, cover the cup, and cool down the water. Later take the water thrice a day for better digestion.

Another option is to take two spoons of Lemon juice and add two teaspoons of baking soda and a pinch of salt to this lemon water. Now drink the water; it causes you to push out the Gas from your stomach. But those who are suffering from blood pressure should avoid baking soda.

Ginger :

Ginger has been used for a long time to treat stomach aches. Hence Ginger contains gingerols and shogaols, which compounds aid your muscles in relaxing. Raw Ginger is better to use. Ginger tea can help to avoid a stomach ache.
First, take 2 inches of pieces of fresh ginger roots and wash them and peel them. Boil 2 cups of water and add the ginger pieces to it. Boil it for 2 or 3 minutes, strain the liquid, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey, and drink daily to avoid a stomach ache.

Add half a teaspoon of ajwain and black salt to the water and boil for some time. After 5 minutes, let the water cool and drink the liquid, then you can relax from the stomach ache. Ajwain and black salt ratio are 4:1.
