Sachin Tendulkar is one of the greatest Indian cricketers, and he is called the fancy him as the God of Cricket. He was born into a middle-class family in Bombay, India, on April 24, 1973. His father, Ramesh, a writer and professor, and his mother, Rajini, worked for a life insurance company.
In his early days, he was not a brilliant boy in his studies but wanted to become an athlete. When he was 11, he showed good talent in cricket and chose to play cricket as his career. At 14, he scored 326 runs individually and created a world record of 664 with his childhood friend Vinod Combly. With this record, he became a cult figure among Bombay schoolboys.

He got the first Indian government awards Arjuna Award in 1994, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award in 1997, Padma Shri in 1999, and Padma Vibhushan (2008), India’s fourth and second highest civilian awards, respectively, and the Indian highest civilian award Bharat Ratna presented him in 2013. Sachin Tendulkar was nominated to the Rajya Sabha in 2012. In the sequence, the Indian Postal service released a stamp of Tendulkar in 2013
